Owlytica is a cloud-based service and does not require any servers or software to maintain., With a built-in  REST API and integration capabilities, Owlytica can sync with Salesforce, leading IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, and Financial Management systems.

We are a global team, can my team use the system?

Yes, the tool allows for unlimited users per organization and is a cloud-based application supporting a global team structure.

How do we import our data into Owlytica?

Owlytica supports 3 ways to import data:

  1. Onboarding Service: The Owlytica team has pro service to ingest your data
  2. Rest-API: We have a Rest-API to connect with your application
  3. Data Mapper: Upload your data via .CSV import

How much data can I put on the platform?

As much as you want. The system supports unlimited assets and contracts per organization.

How secure is the Platform?

Encrypted Password Generation and Storage 

Each Owlytica tenant utilizes SSL technology to encrypt and secure all client connections. Each user will have a unique security encryption key, based on AES256 algorithm, generated during the sign up phase. This ensures each user of every organization will have their own unique and dedicated encryption algorithm. 


Network Security 

Owlytica, and each tenant is deployed on the Amazon Web Services technology stack and network level security will be handled by Amazon Web Services. 


Database Security 

Every partner tenant on Owlytica is secured and isolated; our system will create a secure container (tenant) for each Partner to allow the ability to provide unique user accounts for each customer. Customer’s have the ability to access their data directly through the platform with their own unique dedicated login. Additionally we use Amazon Database Security Management to maintain a privileged level of access for each customer to their data. 


Secured Communication 

Owlytica, and each tenant utilizes SSL to secure data/message transfer between internal application layers. The same communication workflow, including enforced SSL, is also applied to external API communication, where available. This ensures client communications are secured throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

How do I get my data out of the platform (export)?


Yes. All data can be exported at any time via CSV, as well as, exported programmatically using the Owlytica REST API’s

How much does it cost?

Owlytica offers a subscription service priced by the number of items you wish to manage.  We offer a free, 30-day trial so you can get a first-hand impression of the full feature set of Owlytica before you make any decisions.

What happens after the trial?

You can upgrade to a paid subscription. If you choose to upgrade, all information and data from the trial will remain in your account; if you do not upgrade your account will be disabled at the end of the trial.
